ABOUT JOOR

 

I have established an excellent reputation with my clients in regards to customer service, food quality and taste. My goal is to customize our menu for every event and for each location we are serving.

 

I studied and lived abroad in both Mexico and Europe. In between and after classes, I would sample the local cuisine and through these dining experiences I developed a true love for authentic Mexican, Italian and French food. I have made several television appearances and have been recognized nationally for my creations.

My favorite part about cooking are seeing people enjoy my food. You never know what I will be serving up next, so you better come and find the truck!
