DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATOR

Executing the plans already in place to ensure the wedding day runs smoothly and on schedule. Duties typically include confirming vendor arrivals, managing the event timeline, overseeing ceremony and reception setup, coordinating the wedding party’s cues, and handling any unexpected issues that arise. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact for vendors and venue staff, directs transitions such as the processional and grand entrance, and ensures all details—from décor placement to final send-off

PERSONAL ATTENDANT

DAY OF EVENT

Acting as both a calming presence and an extra set of hands, a bridal personal attendant helps the bride remain focused, comfortable, and fully present on her special day. Assisting with dressing and gown adjustments, managing the veil and train, bouquet and personal items secure, being prepared for quick fixes like makeup touch-ups or wardrobe repairs. Ensure the bride stays hydrated and eats when needed.

WEDDING PLANNER & COORDINATOR

Budget, researching and securing venues, sourcing  vendors, reviewing and managing contracts, creating detailed design concepts, assisting with décor selection, and building a planning timeline. They also coordinate tastings, schedule meetings, oversee invitation timelines and guest logistics, manage RSVPs if requested, and track payments and deadlines. Throughout the process, a full-service coordinator offers professional advice, problem-solving, and consistent communication, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple’s vision. Includes day-of wedding coordinator duties.
